Last year, the former State Labor Government passed laws to better protect residents of home parks in Queensland. 

Now, the LNP Government has taken deliberate action to delay these protections. 

The changes passed by Labor last year addressed many problems relating to site rent increases, unclear contractual terms, lack of maintenance transparency, and home owners being financially trapped into paying site rent even after leaving their homes. 

This LNP Government has chosen to prioritise millionaire park owners by delaying these important reforms.
