After a long, hot summer holiday, schools across our community returned this week as the 2018 school year got off to a flying start.
State Member for Morayfield Mark Ryan got into the back-to-school spirit by providing apples to the students of some of our local schools.
“It’s a great annual tradition that I started a few years ago. What better way to say welcome back-to-school than with a healthy snack and big smile!” Mr Ryan said.
“This year, I arranged for apple deliveries to Caboolture East State School, Caboolture State School and Morayfield State School.”
“And while I couldn’t get to all of our local schools this time, my message to all our local students is the same: I hope you have a fun, informative and fulfilling time at school this year!”
